Mr. Ning Fei has been practicing as counsel and arbitrator in the international commercial disputes arena for over 30 years. He is a co-founder and the managing partner of Hui Zhong Law Firm, the first and the leading international dispute resolution boutique based in China. During 2013 – 2019, he was a Council Member of HKIAC, and in 2024 he was newly appointed as the member of Nominations Committee of HKIAC, both titles vested to persons from mainland China for the first time in history. He led the endeavor to amend SCIA’s arbitration rules, the first of its kind that fully integrates with international standards. Mr. Fei serves as a Governing Board Member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). During the revision of China’s Arbitration Law, he directed and coordinated the submission of a thorough opinion over 30,000 words to the Chinese legislature. He has taught a series of lectures on international arbitration at Peking University. He also frequently conducts trainings for young practitioners and arbitrators in the Greater China region.

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW25), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
