We will open the event with a presentation introducing Hui Zhong and our practices, followed by two sessions of panel discussions. The panel discussions will deal with matters with a broad span over subjects including international arbitration (commercial and investment), litigation before Chinese courts, and other legal matters that may be of interest to the audience. We will focus on the industry of construction and energy, since these are of the most relevance to participants from the middle east.
